At Babe Original, we proudly stand behind our products and quality standards. If you’re not completely satisfied with a Babe Original product purchased from babeoriginal.com, you may request a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase. The 90-day satisfaction guarantee is limited to the original, end-user.
Authorized Retailer:
If your purchase was made through an authorized retailer, you may request an exchange or store credit through our direct website using our Third Party Purchase Warranty by visiting our Returns Portal, selecting "Did you purchase from a retail partner?," and submitting your receipt or proof of purchase within 90 days. Please note that refunds can only be issued for purchases made directly on babeoriginal.com. For refunds on purchases made through other retail partners, please contact the retailer’s customer service team for their return process.
Unauthorized Sellers:
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Babe Original 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

*Requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. Replacement product due to defect must be reported within 30 days of product delivery. Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. Babe Original reserves the right to verify purchase information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny requests at its discretion.
